米白洞无纹洞石还应符合以下的基本要求：

1、板材厚度

抗弯试验表明：厚度大的面板石材，其抗弯强度低于厚度小的石材。但是由于板材的承载能力和厚度的平方成正比，厚的石材承载能力还是比薄的石材要大一些。

洞石板材的最小厚度可由抗弯强度标准值fk来决定：

fk≥8.0MPa时，最小厚度35mm。

4.0≤fk<8.0MPa时，最小厚度40mm。

抗弯强度标准值fk是其试验平均值减去1.645倍标准差。当这个数值小于试验最小值时，按试验最小值采用。

板材厚度的允许偏差为+2mm，-0mm，不允许负偏差。

2、板材的尺寸

洞石强度低，因此板材的尺寸不宜过大，一般应控制在1.0㎡以内。

不宜采用细长的条状石材，这种石板在运输、安装过程中很容易折断。石材的变成比最好在1:2以内，不宜超过1:3。

3、表面处理

洞石吸水性很高，应采用防水涂料使其吸水率降至1%以下。

采用注胶板缝的石材幕墙，石板可以只做外表面大面防水；采用开放式板缝时，石材应进行六面防水。

孔洞较大、孔洞数量太多的洞石，宜进行封孔处理。
