人造无机洞石补洞与结晶技术流程

1、石材品种，人造无机洞石；

2、项目概况：外墙人造洞石，主做补洞、打磨、刷防护、结晶等处理工程。

步骤一、用进口云石胶和色胶调成与石材颜色一致，然后加稀胶增加流动性。

步骤二、将调好的稀胶用刮板刮两遍，第一遍先将大洞刮满胶，进行填补。

步骤三、按照第一步方法，在进口云石胶和色胶中加适量的稀胶，使其流动性更强，用刮板进行小空洞填补。

步骤四、晾至20分钟，等云石胶干燥。

步骤五、用180手提打磨机+VD大理石磨片150#进行研磨，研磨完毕后，板材出现微小空洞时，再次进行刮胶处理，连刮两遍胶。

整体研磨处理---用180手提打磨机+VD大理石磨片150#+300#+500#+800#+1500#+3000#进行整体研磨处理。

步骤六、用VD石材防护封釉剂，进行石材整体防护一遍。

步骤七、抛光，用抛光机+洁白垫，对打磨完工后的石材进行研磨抛光。

步骤八、结晶，抛光机+钢丝绵+进口药剂2501+K2+美国M2等药剂，结晶。
