人造无机洞石在设计和应用中有不同的要求和标准。人造无机洞石在质地特性、吸水率、冻融系数、孔洞、弯曲度、纹理设计和颜色等方面远高于天然洞石。因此，人造洞石几乎只需要达到天然洞石要求系数的一半就可以完全施工。通过人工特殊处理，人造洞石完全可以满足这一要求。

人造洞石幕墙外挂参数要求如下

1.每批幕墙石板应进行抗弯强度试验，试验值应满足以下要求：

幕墙高度不超过80m当试验平均值不低于5时N/㎜，最小试验值不小于4N/㎜；

80多个幕墙高度m当试验平均值不低于6时N/㎜，不低于4的试验最小值.5N/㎜；

主力方向应符合上述要求；

双向个受力方向上，双向受力石板应满足上述要求。

2.石板不应与弱条纹和弱矿脉混合。天然洞石孔不宜过密，直径不宜大于3mm，不要有透明的孔。

3.人造洞石吸水率不低于1%。

4、冻融系数大于1.5。

1、抗弯试验

干燥抗弯试验和饱和抗弯试验是材料性质的基本指标。石材对水的敏感性有利于饱和抗弯强度。净石试件在试验过程中不宜附加增强层和复合层。人造洞石抗弯试验合格。

3、冻融系数

冻融系数是指冻融循环后的抗弯强度与未冻融循环的抗弯强度之比。它决定了寒冷地区是否可以使用这种石材。本试验应在可能出现负温的地区进行。

人造洞石完全符合各种不同环境下使用的幕墙工程，只有通过基本材料性试验，确认符合这些基本条件。
