人造无机洞石壁面的安装注意事项

1、人造无机洞石需要考虑综合受力，安装时需在石材阴阳角部位加工成整块异型石材，并加背胶网增强措施，在加工厂开干挂槽，减少现场破损率。

2、在干挂槽和背栓孔附近不得有较大的孔洞，应选在致密的材质上，如果避免不开则必须更换，且采用通槽挂件，增加挂接受力面积，减少应力集中，减少破损，增加石材挂接的安全性。

3、自下而上干挂石材，石材安装前，先与相邻石材调整好拼缝处，检查开槽等符合要求后，再进行试安装，确定平整度满足要求方可正式安装。石材安装时先简单固定石材挂件，在安装槽内注入改性环氧树脂胶，槽口对准挂件插入，进行石板平整度调整，然后固定挂件的螺栓，完成一部分石材饰面检查合格后可安排打拼缝密封胶。

4、安装表面平整度满足规范要求，结晶打密实，表面有光泽，达到密封防水作用。
