1、干磨清理：

用150目磨片干磨一次，去除石材表面的老化层、氧化层，打开石材毛孔，确保后期石材保护剂的有效渗透；

2、涂刷防护：

涂刷复合纳米硅氧烷保护剂。在石材研磨过程中，无需担心水进入石材，导致石材病变。进入的水会自行挥发和干燥。这是人造石的特点。操作时，注意保持石材清洁干燥，将防护剂倒入干净干燥的水桶中，用水涂湿，确保均匀充足。一般情况下，保护剂可在石材表面停留20至30分钟，视为足够；涂抹防护剂后，在室温下保持健康48小时，每降温10度，保持健康的时间延长2-4倍；另外，注意沿缝涂刷氟化物防护剂，防止后期渗胶；

3、开缝补胶：

陈牛人造无机石不易开缝，如有开缝，待石材保护剂表面干燥后，可用无尘开缝机开缝，补云石胶；

4、石材研磨：

保护剂养生时间结束后，用150目带水磨平石材；

5、石材酸洗：

研磨150目后，确保石材表面清洁干燥，酸洗。

操作如下：

使用花岗岩清洁剂+花岗岩水斑净+将水按1:1:1的比例混合，然后用地刷或手刷酸洗2-3次(酸洗至孔洞清洗干净)，每次两次半，每次清洗等待40分钟，然后用吸水机吸出药液。注：这一步一定不能水洗，否则不能补胶；

6、修补孔洞：

如果不考虑损坏，一般不需要修复孔。如有必要，根据甲方的要求，选择相应的大理石胶或晨牛，提供特殊的原材料进行修复，以确保孔的空气排出。胶干后，再用150目研磨，直至石材表面光滑；

7、逐级研磨：

150目研磨结束后，逐级研磨至3000目；

8、涂刷防护：

选择防水或防油的油性防护剂。要求与干磨石后涂防护剂一样，必须遵循清洁、干燥、充分、均匀、等级、健康的原则，健康时间为防护剂干燥后施工；

9、循章抛光：

可选用大理石抛光剂进行抛光。
