人造石半干湿法铺贴

当基层平整度较差、基面抗拉强度、抗剪强度不足以满足硬底铺贴需求时，需要使用半干湿的找平砂浆边找平边铺贴。

薄底法与半干湿法施工工艺大同小异，因为薄底法基层已经固化成熟，湿度较低，所以可以避免大部分由于地下水汽和找平层湿度高引发的人造石铺贴质量问题，施工简单方便，安全性较高。

基层先用1：3水泥砂浆做找平处理，平整度误差控制在3mm以内，根据石材排版尺寸留伸缩缝。做好找平处理的基层要干燥5-7天。将找平干燥好的基层地面清扫干净，检查有无空鼓、脱层、开裂、基面是否结实等问题。如有问题，应先处理。

如基层无问题，喷洒少量水份均匀湿润地面（不可见明水），将人造石专用粘结用齿刀刮厚度约6~8mm左右在基层上。

Semi dry and wet paving of artificial stone
When the flatness of the base course is poor and the tensile strength and shear strength of the base surface are insufficient to meet the requirements of hard bottom paving, semi dry and wet leveling mortar shall be used to pave while leveling.
The construction process of thin bottom method is similar to that of semi dry wet method. Because the base layer of thin bottom method has been solidified and mature and the humidity is low, it can avoid most of the quality problems of artificial stone paving caused by underground water vapor and high humidity of leveling layer. The construction is simple, convenient and safe.
The base course shall be leveled with 1:3 cement mortar, the flatness error shall be controlled within 3mm, and expansion joints shall be reserved according to the stone layout size. The base course of leveling treatment shall be dried for 5-7 days. Clean the leveled and dry base course ground, and check whether there are hollowing, delamination, cracking, firmness of the base surface and other problems. If there is any problem, it should be handled first.
If there is no problem with the base course, spray a small amount of water to evenly wet the ground (no visible water), and scrape the artificial stone with a toothed knife with a thickness of about 6 ~ 8mm on the base course.
