人造石施工粘结剂调配、涂刷调配方法:

根据胶粘剂产品背后说明书进行调配，先将乳液（或水）倒入桶中，然后倒入相应粉料，用搅拌器进行搅拌5min，均匀至奶油状后，需静置熟化 5分钟左右，再稍加搅拌即可使用。

注：搅拌时应根据产品的可操作时间和施工速度来合理配备单次拌料的量，搅拌完的胶粘 剂尽量在规定的2小时（21℃时）内用完，如表皮起膜或者干掉则废弃不再使用。

涂刷方法：

使用干抹布或毛刷清理人造石粘贴面的浮灰、油脂、铁锈等影响粘结的附着物，在板材背面上先用镘刀的直边，将粘结剂平整地用力涂抹一层，然后添加粘结剂，用镘刀的锯齿边以45°角将粘结剂梳理出饱满无间断的锯齿状条纹，厚度约为6~8mm，将人造石板四边的粘结剂补足并倒角。

注：粘结剂不要沾污板材的四边，且 四边的倒角使粘结剂铺贴时不会挤入缝内。

Comb the adhesive with the serrated edge of the trowel at a 45 ° angle to form a full and uninterrupted serrated stripe with a thickness of about 6 ~ 8mm, Make up and chamfer the adhesive on the four sides of the artificial stone slab.
Note: the adhesive shall not stain the four sides of the plate, and the chamfering of the four sides will prevent the adhesive from squeezing into the joint during paving.
